In 2024 a change was made to operating model, segmenting the Seafood, Fruits and Vegetables, anda Snacks. This change also posed significant challenges in terms of our Corporate Goberment.
After standardizing each company’s policies and procedures, the next step will be to develop a common risk matrix and appoint a compliance officer to oversee the activities of all business units, from construction permits and acceptance of works to environmental impact studies, among others. Currently, at Nutrisco, we have a set of policies and practices that guide our way of doing business.
